This page gives some of the bugs in the latest public release versions (4.43/5). The development list is a better place for a full list of bugs. This page is likely to be restricted to just those problems that may need user intervention to fix or keep BOINC running as it is supposed to.

Critical Bugs are dangerous by creating a security risk or risk of damaging data or make a computer unstable or less usable than it should be.

Serious bugs would include ones that cause BOINC system not to work as it should.
[edit] Annoyance Bugs
Annoyance Bugs are just an annoyance rather than serious. There is probably quite a lot that could be documented here but most either will not be documented here (or will take a long time to get documented here). The emphasis here will be on the more serious bugs that may need user intervention to get things running properly.
