The BOINC Wiki Developer Information is that information that may aid developers desiring to use the BOINC System in their Distributed Computing project, making it a BOINC Powered Project. This information will include things like references to Source Code, Information and Error Messages, data structures, BOINC Database Architecture (includes the Database Schema and Table information).

Some of this information is also of use to ordinary Participants. In most cases, it is listed directly along with the information that is of significant interest to the Participant. For example, the Information Messages displayed in the Messages Tab are of interest to the Participant when they are trying to understand why their installation of the BOINC Client Software is not operating as expected.

The developer, on the other hand, is more interested in the location of the Information and Error Messages within the Source Code. So, at the bottom of the page describing the Message, there is a small block of information that indicates the Message's location within the Source Code.
