Major Version

The high order part of the Version Number. It is seperated from the Minor Version by a dot. In some cases the Major and Minor version numbers will be run together with no seperator. In Major Version five and later the seperator is required.

- 3.11 -- Major Version 3, Minor Version 11
- 311 -- Major Version 3, Minor Version 11 This format is depreciated.
- 4.xx -- Major Version 4, any Minor Version
- 5.2.x -- Major Version 5, Minor Version 2, any Revision Version.
