Owner's Manual

This is a document that describes the features of the software on either:

1. the Participant's Computer, or
2. Project's Web Site

for the Project that Participant has joined. The Owner's Manual should be in addition to the normal Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Glossaries, "Read Me" files, and Message Boards that any Project should create as part of the documentation effort.
