This is a person that is using BOINC Client Software to contribute resources to one or more BOINC Powered Projects using one or more computers (the computers can be called Hosts).
In some Projects the Participant can also be called a Volunteer Participant.
There is a thin line between being a Participant and being a BOINC Farmer or a raging BOINC Lunatic.
