The Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) is a distributed computing framework which allows you to contribute unused processing time on your computer to scientific and mathematical research projects of your choosing. It works on Windows, Mac, and Linux computers.

This wiki is an evolving and growing repository for information about BOINC.
